PREPARATION-PROSECUTION (Patents, Trademarks, Copyright)
The following fees (except for the initial consultation) are estimated minimum fees based on uncomplicated patent, trademark and/or copyright issues. If the matter is more complex I will quote a greater fee. The following fees do not include USPTO fees, figure drafting fees, or prosecution fees. My hourly rate is $400 per hour.
