I attended a presentation on “Better Understanding Value: What Every Lawyer Should Know About How Businesses Are Valued”

Two nights ago I attended the Connecticut Bar Association Business Law Section dinner and meeting on “Better Understanding Value: What Every Lawyer Should Know About How Businesses Are Valued” at the Elm City Club in New Haven.  Nice to hear how investment bankers value intellectual property such as patents, trademarks and trade secrets with respect to businesses.
