Yesterday I took the train to NYC, to attend the Joint Patent Practice CLE conference (JPPCLE) yesterday. It was eight hours of learning the latest in patent law. We had a Federal Circuit Judge give a presentation. A Patent Trial and Appeal Board judge also spoke, as did a Federal Trade Commission attorney! It was great meeting new friends in the patent world, and seeing a few faces from the past! More information the JPPCLE can be found here.
