Inventors receive patent on their Toy Action Figure invention

My client Joseph J. Bango and CONNECTICUT ANALYTICAL CORPORATION, and co-inventor Michael Dziekan recently received a patent on their invention of a Toy Action Figure With Remote And Local Power, Play, Identification, And Selective Activation.  CONNECTICUT ANALYTICAL CORPORATION is located in Bethany, CT.   The patent can be seen here.

Client receives Patent on Extender for Underground Water Supply Systems

I would like to congratulate my client Edward Underhill, president of UNDERHILL INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, of Irvine, California for obtaining a patent on his “Extender”, a device used in underground water supply systems, for example, for irrigating golf courses, a vertical distribution supply pipe extends vertically below-ground and is coupled at its lower end to a main water distribution pipe. The opposite end of
the vertically disposed distribution pipe is coupled with quick coupler assembly that is at ground level and includes a quick connect valve. The quick connect valve has a cap and a cover. To open the valve to supply water to an above-ground distribution conduit, for example, a hose, the cover is removed and the valve cap is pivoted out of the way.

Client receives patent on their Bicycle Rim invention!

I would like to congratulate my client Wilderness Trail Bikes  (WTB) on receiving a patent on their invention for a Rim With Recessed Channel and Rim Strip Apparatus and System.  WTB is located in Mill Valley, CA.  You can find more information on WTB here.  Working with WTB, I prepared and prosecuted the patent application that eventually issued into a patent.  To see the patent, go  here.

Clients receive a patent on their Necklace Accessory

I would like to congratulate my clients Jaclyn and Joshua Dorsey of Woodbridge, CT on receiving a patent on their new invention for a Necklace Accessory.  This invention solves the age old problem of necklaces getting twisted around one’s neck so that the pendent is no longer in the right place.   The patent can be seen here.
